Skills & Experience :

These two people will be working together on a technical org evaluation (notes below). Ideally looking for both Sales and Service Cloud (FS Cloud will be a bonus). This is currently set to go on until mid-March although will have an additional phase to work on if it goes well. Both of these roles will be full-time. 

Technical Debt and Gap Analysis

• Diagram and validate existing enterprise architecture.
• Map current and future state capabilities to technical approaches.
• Run automated and manual check of.
• Code and Automation.
• Security and Data Privacy.
• Integrations.
• Identify gap and technical dependencies.
• Document epic-level technical requirements.

Provide and present documents with the following content:

Health Check Report Cards

• Future State Architecture.
• Migration and Consolidation Work.
• Technical Dependencies.
• Mapped Areas of Complexities and Effort.
